Our panel will share insight about public safety best practices, how they climbed up the ranks to become industry veterans, how to grow your career, and how to make a difference in the community.   

The Long Beach Junior Chamber Speaker Series offers young professionals in the Long Beach area the opportunity to experience and learn from remarkable individuals who have changed the community and shapes lives. Attendees will have a chance to enjoy three candid and relaxed evenings with business, public safety and sustainability leaders offering insights and lively discussions. Join us on Wednesday, August 5th for the second installment of the Speaker Series: "The Business Community and Public Safety."

Admission is $20 for non-LBJC members, $15 for members. A portion of event proceeds will be donated to funding Shop with a Cop, which provides underprivileged children with school supplies. For more information about the LBJC Speaker Series or other events, visit lbjuniorchamber.org.

Join the Long Beach Junior Chamber for a fun night of bowling, socializing and a bit of friendly competition.

Summer Pub Crawl

Kick off the summer with a Hawaiian-themed pub crawl! We are hitting up Pine Ave. for some drinks, food and fun. We’ll be providing appetizers. 

All participating Long Beach Junior Chamber members will be entered in a raffle to win big prizes at the end of the night. PLUS if you bring a guest, you’ll get a drink on the house!

Drive & Socialize

Take turns at the learning stations (golf driving range, chipping green, putting green, golf fitness expo) while networking at the same time. Get instruction on set-up, form, balance, and technique. Enjoy a beer or a glass of wine in the banquet room patio, right in the middle of all the action, while networking and socializing. Practice golf clubs are provided.

Admission includes 2 drink tickets and appetizers.  Raffle prizes include golf fitness evaluations, a signed Ricky Fowler hat, gift certificates to LB restaurants, two 2016 Farmers Insurance Open tickets, and a partial car wrap courtesy of Speed Pro Imaging. David Erickson, founder and CEO of FreeConferenceCall.com, will be kicking off LBJC’s 2015 Speaker Series. He will be speaking about the steps he took to “become a millionaire.”
